ProofMe Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026

ProofMe is provided by Thanabordee Nammungkhun, based in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Using the app means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Service and user responsibility

ProofMe helps record, store, and share video evidence of packing shipments. Users are responsible for the accuracy of order/tracking numbers, for having the right to record any person or location involved, and must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or contains malware.

ProofMe Cloud and subscriptions

ProofMe Cloud, backup, share links, and Workspace/Team features are conditional capabilities. They may not be available to every user or app release and work only when enabled and entitled.
When a Subscription is offered, Android purchases are billed by Google Play and iOS purchases by Apple.
Price, tax, billing cycle, trials, renewals, and refunds follow the payment page and the terms of the Store used for the purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in the Store account settings.
After cancellation, users keep access until the end of the paid period, unless the Store issues a refund or reverses the transaction.
Deleting a ProofMe account does not automatically cancel a Store subscription.

Storage and share links

Storage capacity and retention, if Cloud is enabled, depend on the release, plan, and policy provided at that time. Details that are not launched or confirmed are not promises of a quota, duration, or availability. Users must keep their own backup copies of important data. Share links are bearer links — anyone who receives the link may view it until it expires or is revoked. Users must only send links to appropriate recipients.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms, the law, security policy, or payment terms. Users can terminate their account in the app, but data may need to be retained for an Evidence Hold, Problem Case, dispute, legal obligation, or security reason. Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose beforehand.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. ProofMe does not guarantee that videos will be accepted as evidence or that a user will win any dispute, and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from misuse.
